Who knew that Dorothy was ahead of the times with a pair of sparkly red shoes. Fast forward to now in 2011 glitter shoes are all the rage. A pair of glitter heels can range from $30 to $200+. Don't feel like shelling out the cash for it? It's really easy to take your old pair of shoes and jazz them up.
FOUR EASY STEPS
1. Use crafting glue that bonds glitter to fabrics such as Gem Tac or Modge Podge and spread it onto the shoe evenly with a painter sponge
2. Dust a fine glitter with a color of your choice onto the glue.
3. Repeat on the whole shoe(s).
4. Seal with a acrylic spray or hairspray.
